Abstract

Apostolical Exhortation Amoris laetitia exhibits a complete doctrinal exposition about marriage and family, in which outstands a proposal of pastoral discernment for the approach of difficult marriage situations. This has produced various questions, particularly the following: Can divorced people who live in a new engagement in a conjugal way, accede to the sacrament of the Communion? In this work we analyze the criteria offered by the Pope in order to give an answer to this question and propose pastoral ways for the discernment of difficult marriage situations.
